Step 1 – Apply
- • Upload CV/portfolio or GitHub/Dribbble + short motivational snack ("why you, why now").
- Tip: link 1 project you are proud of
Step 2 – Introduction (30 min call)
- • Goals, role, context. You ask all your questions.
- • We check fit based on mission, team and skill direction.
Step 3 – Skill scan
- Option A: portfolio walkthrough (design/product/PM).
- Option B: short technical deep-dive (engineering/data/AI) on your work.
- No spec work. We review existing work and reason.
Step 4 – Case session (90–120 min, remote or in office)
- • Building/thinking together about a real (anonymized) use case.
- • Pairing with 1–2 future colleagues (e.g. engineer + PM/UX).
- • Focus on: problem definition, choices, trade-offs, cooperation.
- • Preparation: you receive context & sample-data/figma.
Step 5 – Team & culture
- • Short meet & greetings to the wider team.
- • Q&A about our working method, rhythm, tooling, hybrid agreements.
Step 6 – Proposal & references
- • If we both see a match, we will make a market-based proposal (including training budget, hybrid agreements, equipment).
- • Optional: two references (role-related and collaboration).
Step 7 – High five & onboarding
- • Week 1: buddy, security & data (ISO 27001), tooling, roadmap and first mini-mission.
- • Check-ins on days 1, 10 and 30.
